Fili & Forme Mapei is a world leader in the production of synthetic filaments.

Since 1994 Fili & Forme produces synthetic filaments for brooms, brushes, decorative items, technical and industrial brushes in PVC (Polyvinylchloride), PP (Polypropylene) and PE (Polyethylene).

Founded in San Cesario sul Panaro, in the surroundings of Modena, has become since May 2020 a trademark of Mapei Spa and is operating at present across two different facilities, covering a 25.000 square meters surface.

Innovation and continuous updating are the main drivers that have been characterizing the path of this product line Fili & Forme Mapei, since the merger by incorporation in 2020.

The monofilaments production plants are certified ISO 9001, are fully compliant with the health and safety norms (ISO 45001) and environmental regulation (ISO 14001).

All our products meet the specific requirements of the REACH regulation.

The quality control and R&D laboratory, located in the San Cesario facility, constantly analyses the new materials, and monitors the internal quality control processes during the entire production cycle.
